Description
A letter from Paul Jennison in Covina, California to Mr. Russell. 14 September 1918. Mr. Jennison would like to set the price of his 5.74 acre grove at $15,500 and, correspondingly, increase his offered commission to 5% of the price. With a crease, a folded corner, a rust stain, minor acid burns, pencil markings, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
