Description
A letter from Paul Jennison to an unknown recipient in Covina, California. 9 September 1918. Mr. Jennison states that he would like for the recipient to sell his 5.74 acre lemon grove in Charter Oak since he has become too sick to maintain it. Mr. Jennison claims that, accounting for its expenses, the orchard nets about $2,300 a year. Mr. Jennison prices the property at $15,000 and offers a $400 commission. With rust and other stains; a crease; folded corners; minor acid burns; minor foxing; minor discoloration; and a minor tear, the object is in good condition overall.
