A letter from Perry Worden to Thomas W. Temple II, 13 July 1931. The two-page missive included Worden's take on the affairs of the Temple Estate Company in context of the Great Depression, notes lack of funding for his Temple family history, his disgust at criticisms of HIstorical Society of Southern California officials over his submitted manuscript and lack of pay, and his concern of Mary Elizabeth Harris and her master's thesis. With folds, dogeared corners and edge wear and light soiling, the condition is good.
