Description

A letter from Perry Worden to Thomas W. Temple II, ca. 1931. The missive concerns Worden's ongoing concern about the fate of his Temple book, which was never completed, and asked Temple to accept offers to help publish it, while Worden told Temple he submitted a manuscript to Arthur Ellis of the Historical Society of Southern California, while Phil Townsend Hanna of the Auto Club's Toruing Topics magazine apparently viewed it favorably. Payment from the Temples, however, was requested and Worden typically showed anxiety over the fate of the prokect. With folds, a few creases and light soiling, the condition is good.
