A letter from Perry Worden to Thomas W. Temple II, undated, but from 20 May 1931. The missive concerns more Temple's spotlight in the Los Angeles Times regarding his discovery of a document showing the founding of Los Angeles as 4 September 1781, as well as claims of Huntington Library librarian Lindley Bynum of having found the document first at the Bancroft Library at UC Berkeley. Worden also reepmphasized the need to publish his Temple family history. With folds and light soiling, the condition is good.
