Description
A letter from Pink Varble in Louisville, Kentucky to Philip D. Wilson in Los Angeles, California. 2 July 1918. A typed letter on a letterhead for Pink Varble, a real estate agent. Mr. Varble states that he has a client in Louisville who would like to purchase an orange grove of 10 or 20 acres in California and pay either $3,500 or $4,000. Mr. Varble's client would also like for the property to have accomodations for elderly women. Mr. Varble suggests that Mr. Wilson should submit a description of a fitting property if he is able to find one. Mr. Varble then states that, if he ultimately directs his purchasers to Mr. Wilson, he and Mr. Wilson will compensate themselves by splitting the fee evenly. With creases, pin holes, minor foxing, and minor acid burns, the object is in good condition overall.
