Description

A letter from Prescott F. Cogswell at the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County in Los Angeles, California to Grover T. Russell in Whittier, California. 5 December 1919. Mr. Cogswell responds to an earlier letter from Mr. Russell. Mr. Cogswell explains that, once the east side of Seventh Avenue is vacated, an equal portion comprised of Lot C and a lot to the south of it will be deeded off, which is what Mr. Russell had suggested. With creases; stains; minor and moderate acid burns; minor moisture damage; and early signs of foxing, the object is in fair condition overall.
