Description
A letter from Ralph E. Smith to Grover T. Russell in Whittier, California. 14 October 1921. In response to Mr. Russell's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1596), Mr. Smith states that he would like to see Mr. Russell on the 20th to finalize the sale of the walnut ranch, though he is a bit unsatisfied that the current crop was sold with the property under different terms than he expressed. Mr. Smith also states that Mr. Russell's commission could be taken from the first payment if Mr. Russell feels strongly about the matter. With creases, minor acid burns, wrinkling, a fold, and stains, the object is in good condition overall.
