Description
A letter from Robert & Jane Smith to Grover T. Russell in Corona, California. 16 June 1917. Mr. and Mrs. Smith state that, since they have become burdened by age and health concerns, they would like for Mr. Russell to sell their 8 acre lemon grove. They explain that Mr. Russell will receive a satisfactory commission, and that they would like for him to come see the grove if he is interested in selling the property. With creases, pin holes, two smudges, minor acid burns, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
