A letter from Robert Smith in Corona, California to Edwin G. Hart. 5 July 1917. A two page, handwritten letter. Mr. Smith requests information regarding the North Whittier Heights property and mentions that he had tried to contact Grover T. Russell in an earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1358). Mr. Smith states that he would like to sell an 8 acre lemon grove due to health concerns and that he may subsequently choose to buy a small property to live on from Mr. Hart. Mr. Smith prices the lemon grove at $11,000 and asks for Mr. Hart to respond and specify his commission if he is willing to make a deal. With creases, pin holes, minor acid burns, and minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
