A letter from Russell & Maple to Chas. Dankert in Candle, Alaska. 25 October 1919. Mr. Maple and Mr. Russell ask whether Mr. Dankert would like to price his citrus orchard in the "Happy Valley" section of the North Whittier Heights district, designated as lots 24 and 25 in tract 1431. They suggest that, if Mr. Dankert desires to sell, he can give them a listing on the property as they have experience handling orchards and groves in that area. With severe discoloration, ink stains, minor acid burns, a crease, and a minor tear, the object is in fair condition overall.
