A letter from Russell & Maple to E.D. Barry in Los Angeles, California. 24 October 1919. Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple asks whether Mr. Barry would like to price his 20 acre citrus orchard in the Brea District. They suggest that, if Mr. Barry desires to sell, he can list his property with their firm as they have experience handling orchards in the Los Angeles and Orange counties. With severe discoloration, moderate acid burns, two minor tears, and a fold, the object is in fair condition overall.
