A letter from Russell & Maple to Geo. E. Platt in Los Angeles, California. 21 October 1919. Mr Russell and Mr. Maple ask Mr. Platt whether he would like to sell all or a portion of his ranch property in the Rowland district as they have a client who may want to purchase the land. Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple request that Mr. Platt contact or meet with them if he is interested in making a sale. In a postscript, Mr. Russell and Mr. Maple emphasize that they have enough expertise to handle his property in a satisfactory manner. With severe discoloraton/acid burns and minor tears, the object is in fair condition overall.
