A letter from Samuel Goldwyn to R.H. Ballard, Southern California Edison Company, 11 October 1926. The missive from the film producer and member of a "Winning the West Conference" invited Ballard to the premiere of the movie, "The Winning of Barbara Worth" at the Forum Theatre on the 14th. Goldwyn concluded that, as the picture "forcibly portrays the development of our arid wasteland," he would be compensated if it piqued interest in "our now unused, natural resources." With folds, creases and small edge losses, the condition is fair.
