Description
A letter from the Cross Land Company in Los Angeles, California to G.T. Russell in Los Angeles, California. 13 March 1915. On behalf of the company, S.M. Hachaway states that a receipt for interest on the east 2,909 acres of lot 3, block 42, from May 18, 1914 to November 18, 1914 has been enclosed with this letter. Mr. Hachaway then states, in reference to Russell's past letter (Object ID: 2014.41.1.781) that the company has written to Mr. Mckeel as they will need both receipts before they can get a refund for the taxes from the year of 1913. With three creases across the document and noticeable surface creasing at the top center, the object is in good condition overall.
