Description
A letter from the F.H. Brooks Company to Grover T. Russell. 14 April 1915. The author informs Mr. Russell that the parties involved with an aforementioned lemon grove have mostly decided against making any trade deal, feeling that lemons and oranges will not produce a suitable profit. The F.H. Brooks Company, however, is trying to revive the deal, and will inform Mr. Russell if they are successful in doing so. With possible rodent and silverfish damage, two creases from top to bottom, small stains, and an acid burn, the object is in fair condition overall.
