The author states that a meeting of the association's members will take place on June 21, 1916 at the office of the Whittier Extension Company following a meeting of the board of directors. The author also states that each director should arrive by 3:00 P.M. A signature is present on the document, but it is hard to discern. With creases, minor foxing, and a minor fold, the object is in good condition overall.
