Description

A letter from the Secertaria Particular del Presidente de la Republica Mexicana to William W. Temple, 19 February 1912. The missive, signed by what appears to be "J.L. Gonzalez" acknowledges receipt of Temples letter of the 10th offering his services, though what these involved is not stated, and added that, if favorable circumstances permitted, Temple might be contacted. He spent years in México, so he may have offered his legal experience. Note item .65 of this accession. With heavy soiling, folds, creases, and tears, the condition is fair. The item was given a treatment to remove the mold spores, including UV exposure. It was segregated from the collection, bagged and stored in the West Building
