Description
A letter from the Temple Estate Company to Thomas W. Temple II, 12 May 1931. The item includes a cover note about the notice received and sent to Agnes Temple concerning lots owned by the siblings at Temple City and county improvement bonds for lighting installation which became subject to liens because of non-payment of principal and interest. The bonds were sold and foreclosure was imminent. A delinquent notice statement showed that $13.42 was owed to the county treasurer. With folds, creases, and browning, the condition is fair.
