A letter from Verity & Folsom to the Whittier Extension Company in Los Angeles, California. 17 May 1916. A typed letter on a letterhead for C.A. Verity in Pomona, California. Verity & Folsom state that they showed the North Whittier Heights subdivision to a potential buyer who is looking for a 10 to 20 acre property planted to oranges and lemons. Verity & Folsom request that the Whittier Extension Company send a map detailing unsold fruit lands in the subdivision. Verity & Folsom also ask about what commission they would be entitled to and what kind of discount the client would receive if he put cash down on a property. The initials "C.A.V." are present in pencil, as well as a note that specifies which lots the client was shown. With creases, two minor tears, and minor foxing/stains, the object is in good condition overall.
