A typed letter on letterhead from the Ontario Investment Company. The letter states that the offer to Mr. Russell, for lot 5 in subdivision 2, along with the 14 acre orchard to the east of the lot has been withdrawn.
Across the top is the company name "Ontario Investment Company." Under this, and to the right, informs that their are offices in Los Angeles, Ontario, and Whittier. Below this and to the right, the city name of Whittier, California is given.
There are creases from the letter being folded, a small tear and piece missing on the right edge, warping on the bottom 3rd, brown spots on the right side, and abrasion damage along the folds on the front and back.Lexicon
