A letter from W.A. Wimbleman to an unknown recipient. 24 April 1916. Mr. Wimbleman states that his 3 acre property on Central Avenue is still on the market. Mr. Wimbleman would like to meet with the clients who are interested in exchaing their 20 acres of land for his property. Mr. Wimbleman wants the recipient to contact him about the proposition, as he woud find it inconvenient to call for the recipient at his office. With pin holes, creases, minor foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
