Description
A letter from W.B. Dakin in Los Angeles, California to unknown recipients. 25 February 1918. Mr. Dakin states that he would like to list two properties near Pixley, California with the recipients. Mr. Dakin prices one property, which is an 80 acre ranch with a house, at $16,000, but does not provide a price for the second property, which is 30 acres of undeveloped land. Mr. Dakin asks for the recipients to reply urgently if they handle the land and to specify their desired commission. With creases, minor acid burns, and minor ink stains, the object is in good condition overall.
