Description
A letter from W.B. Lundie in Weehawken, New Jersey to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 14 January 1914.
A written letter regarding an ad that W.B. Lundie saw in the Examiner offering citrus land for sale. Mr. Lundie may be in the market for some good cheap acreage, especially located between Los Angeles and San Diego. Mr. Lundie expects to visit California next winter or fall, and in the mean time, would like a descriptive folder and map of Southern California. The back has the word "Russell" written in pencil.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, rust damage in the top left corner, a brown spot on the bottom left side, discoloration on the right side, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
