Description

A letter from W.H. Crook in Whittier, California to Mr. Russell. 3 March 1917. A handwritten letter on a letterhead for W.H. Crook, a Real Estate, Insurance, and Loan Dealer. In response to Mr. Russell's earlier letter (Object ID: 2017.41.1.1296), Mr. Crook states that he has not been over to get Mr. Bickel, but he assumes that Mr. Hart will hold the property at $800 per acre until Mr. Goodfellow speaks to his brother. Mr. Crook then asks about the commission from the Hayes deal since he would like to receive it by the first of the following month. With creases, minor foxing, and minor discoloration, the object is in good condition overall.
