A letter from W.H. Crook to an unknown recipient. 29 March 1917. Mr. Crook states that he showed Mr. Davis a 9.18 acre realty investment. Mr. Crook mentions that Mr. Davis had come to see the recipient at an earlier time to trade his Hollywood house valued at $3,500. Mr. Crook proposes that Mr. Davis can pay part money and will likely visit the recipient the following day. With creases, minor foxing, minor acid burns, and a minor tear, the object is in good condition overall.
