Description
A letter from W.L. Hartshorn in Pasadena, California to Edwin G. Hart in Los Angeles, California. 3 September 1917. Mr. Hartshorn references a description of 3 Pasadena houses with a culmulative value of $30,000 which his brother-in-law had delivered to Mr. Hart. Mr. Hartshorn explains that he and his brother-in-law would like to trade one, two, or all three of those houses for a ranch property. Mr. Hartshorn states that they desire a property which is north or east of Los Angeles, fit for raising grain or cattle, and does not exceed $400 per acre. With minor acid burns/discoloration, a minor stain, and creases, the object is in good condition overall; however, it should be noted that the paper material of the document is brittle.
