A notice that Grover T. Russell that his car has not been assessed for the 1914 to 1915 year. Therefore, the City Assessor valued his car at $2000 which means he owes $32 in taxes, due now. If the tax has already been paid, then send the receipt number. There is a note at the top of the page indicating the car was bought on the 1st of April.
There are heavy creases from the letter being folded, discoloration on the right side, and the back has abrasion damage along the folds. This object is in good condition overall.
