A letter from Walter P. Temple to Laura Gonzalez, 15 March 1888
Entry/Object ID
2009.16.13.3a-b
Description
A letter (a) and envelope (b) from Walter P. Temple to Laura Gonzalez, 15 March 1888. The love letter, including poems, is in Spanish. The envelope actually contained this and items 13.1 and 13.2, but appears to have come from Walter Temple as presented to Laura in either 13.1 or this item, rather than the Francis Temple letter which was mailed from Yuma, Arizona. There are creases from the letter being folded, abrasion damage along the folds, holes and tears along the folds, and the back has some foxing. This object is in fair condition overall.
