Description
A draft letter from Whittier Extension Company to C. Norcross in Los Angeles, California, 21 May 1913. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent to Mr. Norcross, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots. Land has been divided into 5 to 50 acre tracts and costs $500 to $900 an acre with cheaper lands requiring grading to plant trees. Loan terms are given. The top, in pencil, are two names and address of other people this same letter was sent to and there are corrections throughout the letter. With holes from a straight pin, discoloration, and creasing, the object is in good overall condition.
