Description
A letter from Whittier Extension Company to E.L. Gard in Redlands, California, 26 May 1913. A descriptive folder of North Whittier Heights is being sent to Mr. Gard, which includes a map of Southern California showing the location of the property and a map showing the subdivided plots. Land, which is great for citrus fruit, costs $500 to $900 an acre with cheaper land needing leveling before planting. With holes from a straight pin, folds, creases, embrittlement, tears, and pieces missing, the object is in good overall condition.
