Description
A letter from Whittier Extension Company to Martin Olsen in Sierra Madre, California, 10 June 1913. Sent in response to Mr. Olsen's letter (object number 2017.41.1.87) stating North Whittier Heights is too expensive. The author apologizes that he found the property to be too expensive, but believes that if he came out to see the property and the improvements he would understand the price. Also, the Brawley Janss Company is selling cheap alfalfa land from Lake Elsinore Farms and gives their address. With holes from a straight pin, a fold, discoloration, a tear, and foxing, the object is in good overall condition.
