Description
A letter from William W. Temple to Walter P. Temple, 11 October 1914. Written from The Long Beach Sanitarium, now St. Mary's Medical Center, the missive concerned a diagnosis of a serious, but unspecified, illness William suffered and which required major surgery. He asked his brother to visit and pay his bill. With the bottom right corner missing, creases, folds and some soiling, the condition is fair, while the envelope has ink and other stains, the stamp torn away, folds, creases and soiling and is in poor condition.
