Description
A letter signed by M. F. Quinn (Michael F. Quinn) of El Monte, 21 February 1878. Quinn owned a livery stable and dray business in El Monte. The letter concerns two horses that were given to him which he suspects belongs to someone else. The letter describes the horses so they might be identified by the rightful owner. There is a tear in the upper right crease, but the letter is in good condition.
