Description
A listing for a Portland income property by J.A. Sheffield, ca. 1916. A two page, typed document. Mr. Sheffield states that the property has an 8 room house, is on a paved street in Wilamette Heights, and is valued at $12,500. Mr. Sheffield also states that there is a $3,000 mortgage on the house at 7 percent interest, and that he is willing to either exchange the property or receive payment for his equity. A handwritten note specifies that there is a current tenant who would like to remain. With pin holes, creases, a minor tear, and early signs of foxing, the object is in good condition overall.
