The image shows a couple in formal clothes sitting on rocking chairs on the porch of the newly-completed dwelling. In the foreground is a dirt yard with recently-laid concrete walks and sidewalk. There is a message on the reverse that makes brief mention of the house. With cancellation stamp bleeding to the front, slight edge rubbing and album paper residue on the reverse corners, the condition is fair.
