Entry/Object ID
2013.121.1.1
Description
A Los Angeles Police Department booking card for William M. Pratt, 5 December 1916. The item has many sections for recording physical characteristics for the suspect, as well as his age, place of birth, occupation, the date, the crime charged and other information. The card, which is actually from the San Francisco Police Department, but prepared in Los Angeles, also has two mug shots (a front and a side view) of Pratt. With curvature of the paper, some soiling, light staining and minor edge rubbing, the condition is good.
