The photographer stood at an intersection, identified as Broadway and Third, and captured crowds along the sidewalks, American flags on buildings and over the street, a grandstand built over the sidewalk at left and some pedestrians and a bicyclist on the street. There is no identification as to event and date. With foxing, soiling and edge rubbing on the mount, but the photo generally clean, the overall condition is fair.
