Description

A lot of sixteen black and white snapshots of the Saugus Division headquarters of the Los Angeles Aqueduct, 1906-1909. The headquarters was one of the closest to the city and located near today's California Route 14 at Newhall Avenue. This image depicts three men in light colored suits posed under the leaves of a palm tree looking at the camera. All three men have hats placed on the grass. One of them could be D.L. Reaburn, the Saugus division engineer. In generally good condition with minor edge abrasion and creasing.
