Description
A mailing envelope for a souvenir photograph of the Mount Lowe Railway, 3 May 1928. The item has a printed image of the railway with information on forwarding correspondence back to the railway, if undeliverable, at the upper left. There is a typed address and 1 1/2 cent stamp with cancellation. A pencil inscription date of "May 3, 1928" is at the upper right, and an ink inscription "Mount Lowe, Cal." is at the right of the image. The reverse has some pencil mathematical inscriptions With many edge tears, browning, creases, and soiling, the condition is poor.
