"A Man of the People for County Assessor," an endorsement flyer for Mr. Frank M. Chapman of Covina, a candidate for County Assessor, subject to the decision of the Republican County Convention. The flyer was printed on card stock and taken from "The Rural Californian," 1902. The flyer includes a photograph of Chapman and a description of his character and merits for the political position. The flyer is in good condition with a hard crease at the bottom left corner.
