A Mexican-themed Valentine's Day card, dated 1925. The card shows a girl dressed in a sombrero, sarape and studded trousers and holding a mandolin-like instrument serenading another girl standing at an open window and wearing a shawl and holding a fan. There are also rose vines and potted roses. At the bottom is a four-line poem and perforations nearby for standing the card up on end. The head and arm strumming the guitar of the "troubadour" are movable. At the bottom is the printed statement "Made in Saxony." Wiuth some soiling, creasing and edge rubbing, the condition is good.
