A Monrovia tourism brochure (a), October 1920. The foldout brochure was published by the Chamber of Commerce and includes a subscription form for referring friends to receive the brochure for a complimentary gift. Monrovia is also name the gem of the foothills. The brochure includes information on the location, climate, transportation, markets, labor, recreation parks, sports, homes, residences, schools, business, citrus and avocado ranches, businesses to lure in visitors and prospective residents. The brochure and form are in good condition overall.
