Description
A snapshot of a motorcycle race at Ascot Park, Los Angeles, ca. 1920s. The view is taken from the inside of the track near the infield and shows two racers in close proximity riding the outside and approaching a white line. Several other races are quite a ways behind down the tract. A grandstand, filled about 80% or so, is at left and is topped with a row of American flags. Some trees and hillsides are at the far right. With a partial puncture at the upper right, minor warping, residue from album paper and abrasions from removal, the condition is good overall.
