A negative of Edgar Allen Temple at the San Gabriel Mission, 1919. Temple, a young boy wears a sailor suit and stands against a wall with a decorative plaster arch. The photograph was taken at Temple's confirmation ceremony at the church. The sun is hitting Temple directly as there is a shadow directly behind him. The plastered adobe wall of the church is visible to the right. The negative appears to be in good condition overall.
