A negative of F.P.F. Temple (1822-1880) and Antonia Margarita Workman (1830-1892), Los Angeles, California 1852. F.P.F, is seated at left wearing a dark colored suit and tie with white shirt. His right hand is on his right leg and his left arm around his wife. She is seated at right and wears a plaid print dress with white collar, black lace veil, and black lace glove on her right hand, which is clasped with her left on her lap. This negative was reproduced as item 96.7.99.2. Also the same image as daguerreotype 2016.294.2.2.
