Description

A negative of Thomas W. Temple (1846-1892) and sisters Lucinda (1860-1928) and Margarita (1866-1953), ca. 1869. The studio portrait shows Margarita Temple seated in a high chair at left wearing a dress with lace trim at the sleeves and a dark colored band near the lower end. Thomas Temple is seated in a chair at center wearing a dark colored suit with white shirt and black shoes. He has his left arm around Lucinda who stands at right with her hand on her brother's leg. She is wearing an identical dress to her sister's. This photo was taken the same day as 96.7.2a and Antonia Margarita Workman de Temple is seen at the far left. The negative appears to be in good condition. Negative is accompanied by a modern reprint.
