Description
A newspaper clipping with an advertisement from Edwin G. Hart. 15 September 1918. Mr. Hart's advertisement is at the top left of the document's front side. Mr. Hart describes an "Extra Special Bargain" that his firm is offering in which a particular amount of Eureka lemon, Valencia orange, and unplanted lands in tracts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 acres will be sold at a "sacrifice price" for 8 days. Mr. Hart explains that the lands are located 25 miles from Los Angeles in a foothill district, and that interested parties can make appointments with Grover T. Russell or Gurney Maple. Mr. Hart's office address is provided along with a phone number. Other real estate advertisements can be seen on the clipping, as well as automobile and furniture advertisements. With pin holes, minor foxing, smudged text, severe discoloration, and brittleness that is due to the acidity of its paper material, the object is in poor condition overall.
