Description

A notary's ledger, Los Angeles, 1911-20. The item, owned by Frank Paramore, covers notarized transactions in the Hyde Park area of the city from November 1911 to October 1920 with the date, executor's name, executee's name, consideration, nature of the instrument and the date of the instrument recorded. There appears to be the beginnings of an index at the front, though there are only a few entries there. With stains, scratches, bumping and rubbing on the edges, and general wear to the boards, a softened binding, but clean pages, the condition is fair.
