Description
A note by an unknown author regarding a property sale commission, ca. 1918. The note is mainly comprised of handwritten calculations that add up to the totals of 45050, 22500, and 22550. The author states that his commission will be $450.50 and that a payment related to Goddicksen will be $262.00. The note has been written on the back side of a large paper clipping which appears to have been an advertisement. The advertisement includes a range of calendar days in large text, meteorlogical data, and an address. With two holes, a moderate acid burn, minor tears, two folds, minor foxing, and stains, the object is in good condition overall.
